Daiginjo Sake
The daiginjo style of sake is one that is meant to be defined by bold bouquets of fruity aromas, known as ginjo-ka or ginjo aromas. Gekkeikan's daiginjo is not only a hallmark of the genre, but features a groundbreaking innovation in yeast and brewing technology.
Tasting Notes
Very aromatic with flavors of apple, pear, bubblegum, melon, and cotton candy. Good acidity and astringency give this sake a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel.
